April was a very big month for Graceyn and the rest of the family. I went back to work, we moved in with my parents AND put a contract on a house in Brentwood! Going back to work after not being in the office for 4 months was extremely hard. In fact, it was the hardest thing I've ever done. I miss being with Gray every minute of every day, but I know she is in good hands. My parents agreed to watch her until July and then she will start daycare! I am so grateful they are watching her the first few months!
So I started back to work and the commute from Tapoco was taking about an hour (each way) every day! I was over it about one week after starting back. So, we (I) decided we were going to move in with my parents to make the transition easier. Blake was wonderful and I appreciate him going with the flow to help make it easier on me. We didn't have a plan on how long we would be there, where we were going to move permantly, etc. I just knew I was not going to spend 2 hours of my day sitting in traffic, when I could be spending time with my sweet baby. So my sweet parents took the three of us in and continued to watch Gray while I went back to work full time!! I don't know what I would ever do without them!
A few days after getting settled in at my parent's, my mom got a lead on a house in Brentwood. We called immediately and set up a time to see it the next day. We loved it and ended up putting an offer on it that very night!!
